A. Eligibility

This website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years old. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity, or permission from a legal guardian to enter into this Agreement.

B. Account Registration

Our website gives you the option to create an account with us. You must provide truthful and accurate information during the registration process and update your account information to keep it current.

C. Colors

We strive to display product colors on the site as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in your device and other technical factors, we cannot guarantee that the colors on your screen will be accurate or match our products exact color.

4. Orders, Payment, Tracking and Taxes

A. Placing an Order

To place an order, you must add products to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. Please review your order and address information before submitting the order. All orders are subject to acceptance or refusal by us. A confirmation email will be sent to you after placing your order. If you do not see this notification in your email inbox, please check your spam folders.

B. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards. Payment must be made at the time of placing an order.

C. Order Processing and Tracking

Processing times may vary between 1–3 business days (9AM–5PM) EST. After your order is picked up by the carrier and out for delivery, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

D. Taxes

Applicable sales tax may be added to your order based on your shipping address and local tax laws. These taxes are determined by government regulations and are outside of our control.

5. Shipping and Delivery

A. Shipping Policy

Once shipped, domestic orders may take 7–14 business days to arrive. International orders may take 7–21 business days (Canada, Mexico, Europe & UK) or up to 30 business days for all other destinations. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for any delays or damages caused by the carrier during transit. If you experience any issues while your package is in transit, please contact the carrier directly.

PLEASE NOTE: Some items in your order may ship from separate facilities. If so, you will receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive at different times.

B. Shipping Pricing

Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order. As a courtesy, shipping costs may be reduced on select items to keep more money in your pocket — because we love you guys so much. ❤️🚲

C. International Shipping

We offer international shipping, but some zones may be excluded. Customs, duties, and taxes might apply to your order, but unfortunately, we cannot assist with these fees.

6. Returns and Refunds

A. Return Policy

All sales are final — No refunds. However, if you do not receive the size you ordered or the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange by contacting us via the "Contact Us" email link in the top menu. Please provide the items name and order number in your initial email. 

Exchange eligibility requirements:

  • Request must be initiated within 5 days of delivery (requests after 5 days will be denied)
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Photographic proof must be submitted via email for review

If approved, you'll receive emailed instructions on how to proceed. You will be responsible for shipping the defective item back to us. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if it meets our requirements, you will be notified and we will ship a replacement (same style and color) to the name and address from the original order.

CURRENTLY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS / EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall society-sop.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our website or Products.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.

10. Confidentiality

You are expected to maintain the confidentiality of your account details and any sensitive information obtained through your transactions or interactions on our site.

11. Indemnity

By using our site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Society Sop, its affiliates, associates, subsidiaries, agents, members, managers, partners, employees, vendors, investors, contract holders and respective officers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our products, our site or violation of these terms.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Ownership

All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property on this site are the property of Society Sop, its members, or its licensors.

B. Use Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our site without prior written consent from us.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, natural disasters, governmental actions, power outages, technical difficulties, internet malfunction, unresponsive wifi, site crashes, vendor delays or similar events.

14. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

  23. disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.

15. Contribution License
