Shipping & Return Policy

IMPORTANT: WE SHIP OUR PRODUCTS FROM MORE THAN ONE WAREHOUSE. EACH ORDER IS PROCESSED FULLY IN ONE SITTING, BUT SOME ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER MAY SHIP AND BE DELIVERED SEPARATELY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR EACH PACKAGE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ORDER.
      Shipping:

      An “order confirmation” email will be sent to you after you place an order.
      If you do not see the email, refresh your browser and check your junk or spam folders. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. Please note: Order processing is completed Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM.

      Additional emails providing your tracking numbers will be sent to you when your packages are out for delivery. Deliveries within the USA may take roughly 7-10+ business days. International deliveries may take twice as long, depending on your location.

      Please note: International shipments may incur customs, duties or tax fees that we are not responsible for. These prices are not included in our item price or shipping cost. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order. For USA and international carrier delays, issues or missing packages, please contact the designated mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them. Unfortunately, we do not have control over your package(s) after it is picked up for delivery and is in transit.
      Please note: Some holidays may delay deliveries.

      Returns: All sales are final. We are only doing returns for damaged or incorrect item(s) we have shipped to you, in exchange for store credit (Exchange item must match the price of initial damaged or incorrect item). Items must still be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, no stains, tags attached and neatly placed back into original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Unfortunately customers are responsible for their own return shipping fees.

      DO NOT mail back your package(s) without contacting us first. We will need to verify your claim then provide you with the proper mailing address. We will not accept or be responsible for any packages that are returned to us without proper protocol or mailed back to any incorrect facilities.       Return requests,14 days after your package has been delivered will not be approved. If the item you wish to exchange is sold out, please email us at contact@society-sop.com
      We cannot do returns for international orders at this time.
